To make a booking, a 25% non refundable deposit per person is
required at time of tour confirmation. Balance of payment is due 42 days
prior to departure.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Should you cancel outside of 42 days, your deposit is non refundable.
Within 42 days. 100% is non refundable.
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is highly recommended and will
be quoted to you at time of tour confirmation.
CHANGES TO A
Should you make a change to the original booking, an administrative
charge of $50.00 per booking will be levied for such changes. Note, no
refunds or adjustments will be made for services not used.
Jafic Holdings (DBA Reservations Africa) acts only as an agent for the
traveller and accepts no responsibility for the service of any hotel,
aircraft, vessel, motor coach, or any other conveyance used in
conjunction with these tours, or delay, loss or accident to travellers
or baggage occasioned by such services from whatsoever cause. In the
event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort of the well
being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the
itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty
to the operators.
The carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act,
omission or event during the time passengers are not onboard their
conveyance. The passenger's ticket, when used, shall constitute the sole
contract between the carrier and the purchaser of the ticket.
